Below is my sales and shipping info through eBay (crey9176). Please refer to these to answer basic questions. DM or email me if there is something specific you are inquiring about.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING “NEW” ITEMS ONLY:

• This item has never been removed from the ties of the box (The Box MAY have been opened previously, but the horse has not been removed from the ties). Horse has only been removed from box for photo purposes where specified.

• The Breyer packages may have small creases (in the cardboard), scuffing, etc... If there is additional damage, I have added photos of the damages.

• If horse was removed for photos, tabs on box may have small tears from opening. I try to be as careful as possible, but this does happen. Box may not be in pristine condition if model was removed. Removal is noted in listing. Please read carefully.

• I am not responsible for any damages, factory or otherwise, to the non-visible side of the model if still attached in the original packaging/strapping. This side of the model cannot be inspected and therefore if, when Buyer removes model from factory packaging, if there are any damages/flaws/etc, Seller is not and cannot be held responsible for these. Model will not be accepted for return under any circumstances if removed from original packaging if it has been sold as New/Never removed. Buyer assumes all responsibility and model is sold as is under all circumstances.

• Due to monitor/screen resolutions and lighting in photos, colors may vary slightly.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING “CUSTOM” ITEMS ONLY:

• Each item is painted by hand, and may have minor flaws, (not including scratches or damage). No guarantee of live show ability is implied. No piece of artwork is without imperfections- whether it be a slight texture to the surface, dust in the finish or other minor flaws. Please note that I do not accept returns for these minor imperfections! Finding flaws (such as a bumpy finish) on the model is not an acceptable reason for return. I am not able to create artwork as smooth as an original finish Breyer, please take note of this before bidding!

• This model is not represented to be "live show quality". I would prefer that the buyer determine this! No guarantee of live show ability is implied. No piece of artwork is without imperfections- whether it be a slight texture to the surface, dust in the finish or other minor flaws. Please note that I do not accept returns for these minor imperfections!

• Custom horses are more delicate than original Breyer models, and are intended as a collectible. They are not durable enough for play.

• Custom models range from simple customs which consist of just a repainted model, no sanding or seam removing; to drastic customs where complete rearrangement of parts can take place. The amount of work done will be noted in description so please be sure to fully read all details describing the model you are bidding on. Returns are not accepted because you failed to read a description and received a model not as stated as described.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING “ETCHED” ITEMS ONLY:

• Etching involves removing paint from the surface with an

xacto knife. This process can inherently leave scratches, cuts, marks in the plastic of the body. Though all care is made to remove these marks through sanding, buffing and smoothing, the nature of the process is that the area where paint was removed (white plastic areas) may be rougher and have cut indentations. Objection to this deviation from the original finish smooth surface is NOT a reason acceptable for a return request. Please use zoom feature to inspect pictures prior to bidding. Bid retractions or failures to pay will result in nonpayment case opened, blocking on future items and negative feed back.

• Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Retraction of bids may lead to blocking to subsequent sales and negative reviews on FB sale transaction pages.

Please read the description of sizes and condition carefully and use the zoom feature to get the most out of the pictures! Breyer horses vary in size depending on whether it's a pony or foal(these will always be smaller), which category and which breed.

Approximate sizes follow:

Traditional: 12 inches by 10 inches

Classic: 9 inches by 7 inches

Paddock Pals: 4 inches by 3 inches

Stablemates: 3 inches by 2 inches

The way Breyer horses are described varies greatly. My scale is very "picky" and models may look better to you than I've rated them. Please use the pictures to make your judgment call as to if you wish to purchase the model listed. Have fun!

Excellent: Model has either no flaws that I could see or something very tiny.

Very Good: Model will have minor ear tip, hoof edge or body rubs but these will be very small and possibly not noticeable unless looked at closely.

Good: Model will have several rubs, scuffs or maybe marks but will have no chips, cracks or breaks. Good starter or shelf.

Good Played with: Model will have been played with hard, usually good only for remake or a very young horse lover to keep playing with in their carpet herd.

I do not claim any item is LSQ as this is subjective to each collector as to what they feel will compete and win in the Live Show arena. Most are PSQ and I try to list any and all flaws/marks that I have found, but I am only human and may miss something. No cracks, chips or breaks. Items come from some free home.

Therefore, you are bidding on the model shown and agreeing to buy it in “as is” condition. If you have any additional questions prior to bidding, please email. I will send additional photos and answer all inquiries within 24 hours.

I am always happy to combine shipping whenever possible. If you are bidding on multiple items, please email me. Do not pay any auto-generated invoices and let me know you are still shopping. Combined costs go by weight of ending package so just let me know when you are finished shopping and I will get them packed and send a combined invoice with the actual shipping costs and options to you.

I accept eBay payment with a CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS! I must hear from you within two (2) days of auction closing if you are bidding on other of my items and receive payment within three (3) days of close of winning auction(s). RETURNS

I do NOT accept returns! Under any conditions!

Auctions are absolute!

If you are unable to pay after closing bid, and contact me with in 24 hours of closing bid, I will not file a case against you and will give you neutral review.

Failure to do this, I will file a NO PAYMENT claim and give you NEGATIVE feedback both on eBay and the FB model horse transaction pages.

SHIPPING INFO

All shipments are insured for cost of model. Any damages during shipping, claim can be filed with USPS for these costs.

Additional handling fees are charged for all Custom/breakable/resin/china individuals for special and extra packing to avoid damages.

I will take all possible precautions in packing that you receive your model in perfect condition, but will not be held responsible for damages/breakage due to USPS procedures. If carrier loses/damages your package, file a complaint and case through USPS for insured amount.

Additional insurance will be charged on high dollar items. Buyer will have option to purchase this option for an additional charge, or base insurance only for selling cost of model will be added to shipping costs.

Items are normally shipped on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If there is a delay in our outgoing shipments, an email will be sent. Updates through USPS Tracking are the responsibility of USPS.
