Harlem's Christmas in Dixie and Woodford's Forever Mine. The Breyer Marc of Charm is probably my favorite model to work on right now. After participating in NaMoPaiMo in 2022, which got me back into CM work, the first time since the late 1980's, I also started etching -- with the Marcs as my first test projects. Between etching to remaking -- including into several mares -- at last count I have finished and sold over 50 of these guys! Dixie is back in the studio, but Forever Mine is just that -- Forever mine. He's one of my favorite colors and I decided he'd be the one I kept. This mold is so dynamic and lends itself to the subtle shading that pan pastels render. I am happy to say that no matter what color, Marc never grows old.
